集團前身爲四川孟林(lín)能源投資開發有限公司,成立于2006年5月(yuè)。屬獨立核算(suàn)、自負盈虧、自主經營型投資公司,曆經數十載的(de)經營發展,形成以能源、建築爲主營,多(duō)産業協同發展的(de)企業集團。集團現有員(yuán)工800餘人(rén)，其中:專業管理(lǐ)人(rén)員(yuán)68人(rén),技術研發人(rén)員(yuán)280餘人(rén),集團把人(rén)才培養作爲企業發展的(de)支柱,爲位員(yuán)工提供充分(fēn)展示自己才能和(hé)實現自身價值的(de)平台。
